Are you ready to start your career in pharmaceutical marketing and make a difference for  people living with brain disorders? 


Join Lundbeck as a Brand Assistant Trainee and gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives across Spain and Portugal within our Psychiatry Business Unit. 


Your new role 

As a Brand Assistant Trainee, you will support the Marketing team in the execution of projects and 

initiatives that help bring innovative treatments to healthcare professionals and patients across 

Iberia. 

You will have the opportunity to learn about brand management, market insights, omnichannel 

engagement, congresses and events, while collaborating with experienced colleagues from 

Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and Market Access. 

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and develop your 

skills in an international and purpose-driven environment. 


Your future team 

You will become part of the Psychiatry Business Unit in Iberia, working from our Barcelona office 

in a collaborative and cross-functional environment. 

Our team values curiosity, teamwork and continuous learning. You will work closely with 

experienced professionals who are passionate about improving brain health and committed to 

helping you grow throughout your internship experience. 


What you bring to the team 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, 
  • Biotechnology, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Portuguese proficiency at C1 level or native speaker (mandatory). 
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above. 
  • Availability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or educational institution. 
  • Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
